Somers Sherman
President
Somers founded ISG in a small-town garage, selling kitchens and vanities, and has since grown the company into a leader in the multifamily industry. With more than 25 years of experience, he has built an extensive network of global relationships with leading suppliers, manufacturers, developers, and general contractors. As the driving force behind the organization, Somers oversees all day-to-day operations and continues to guide ISG's strategic growth and long-term success.
Jake Gilmore
Director of Business Development
Jake has been with ISG since early 2025. Handling a myriad of roles throughout his tenure, he has since took a handle on the commercial division and is leading the company’s national expansion. He oversees bidding, contracts, subcontractors, project management, and field operations.
Scott Garbutt
Eastern Regional Sales Manager
Scott has been with ISG since 2022. He is responsible for compiling hundreds of bid packages for projects across the east coast, and has been instrumental in building out our current bid pipeline. He manages lead development, estimating and bidding.
