Planninig / Qualification
We work directly with the construction and design teams to meet your specifications, perform takeoff estimates and handle prequalification requests. Our prefabricated material MOQ is approximatley 50 units.
Bidding
Our turnkey proposals provide a full pricing breakdown, type matricies, material selections and shop drawings.
Contract
With work in progress totaling over 100,000 sqft of material we’ve got the experince to ensure smooth execution.
Submittals / Order
The leadtime is around 90 days from the time the order is placed to having material on site. We work with you to approve production drawings and deliver all submittal documentation in a timely fashion.
Project Management
Our managment team aims to work ahead of schedule and stay off your punch list by proactivley handling all aspects of the job.
